DoMicro BV, founded in 2013, is a technology company focused on developing manufacturing technology for flexible hybrid electronics. Based on additive digital technology (inkjet printing) and the integration of various manufacturing techniques in the micron range, new possibilities arise, particularly for prototypes, small series, and pilot production for specialized applications.
These include wireless sensors with integrated power and processing power, microfluidic analysis functions in Lab-on-Chip, the application and implementation of electronic functionality in 3D-printed objects, or directly printed resistors, capacitors, or diodes. This enables the development of new products and processes and the building of a knowledge base.

Job description
As (Sr) Process Development Engineer (PDE) you contribute to the technological development of new processes, applications, and products. You organize, manage, and participate in the implementation of activities resulting from these development projects, covering both products, processes, and the necessary production resources.
You will play a crucial role in developing technologies and realizing innovative program and project portfolios.
Your daily tasks will be diverse and engaging, as you collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
In doing so, you realize the company’s technology roadmap. In addition, you carry out client projects related to product and process development and/or the processability of materials for printing and assembly processes. Results are documented and reported. Participation in trade fairs and conferences abroad are essential to staying at the forefront of technology.
What we expect from you? What do we offer?
In a growing organization with plenty of space for input, we’re looking for someone with a professional education / BSc / MSc degree in Applied Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering Physics, Chemistry, Nanoscience or related discipline with a proven affinity with chip packaging and/or thin-film technology. Experience in inkjet technology and coating techniques is preferred, though a proactive and independent mindset is even more important.
We are looking for a hands-on, result oriented and accurate, assertive professional with self-propelling intrinsic motivation. You have work experience and you can apply methods and understand problems.
